I found a USB drive inside a simple sausage — at first I thought it was a coincidence, until I saw what was inside

Sometimes, strange things happen in the most ordinary situations. Yesterday, after work, I went into the supermarket—tired, hungry, and not in the mood to cook. I grabbed a package of my usual sausages, the ones I buy when I want something quick to eat. The price was normal, the package was sealed, everything seemed fine.

At home, I cut some slices, made myself a sandwich, and ate it without thinking. I put the rest in the fridge for breakfast. Nothing suspicious, just ordinary.

The next morning I took out the package, put water on to boil, and started cutting the sausages for an omelet. Suddenly, the knife hit something hard. I thought maybe they were frozen. I tried again—same thing. The knife stopped as if there was something metallic inside.

I carefully cut open the sausage and saw a silvery glint. I thought it was a piece of aluminum foil. But when I pulled the object out, a chill ran down my spine. In my hand was… a USB drive covered in bits of meat and grease.

I didn’t know whether to feel disgust, fear, or disbelief. We trusted that the food was safe. And I had already eaten several slices! Just thinking about it made my stomach churn.
