But after The Ronettes conquered the charts, Nedra Talley Ross did something almost unthinkable in show business\u2014she walked away. Tired of the \u201cdog\u2011eat\u2011dog\u201d grind, she chose faith, family, and a quieter life over the endless demands of fame. She found purpose in Christian music, in real estate, in raising four children with her husband, Scott Ross, and in a faith she clung to until her final breath.<\/p>\n
