The accident left the rural roadway chaotic, with the buggy shattered and the Jeep in a ditch.<\/p>\n<p>The buggy carried nine people, including six juveniles. Seven were injured and transported to hospitals: driver Ruben L.M. Schwartz, 32, was airlifted to Lutheran Hospital, while Joseph L.M. Schwartz, 20, and five minors were taken to Parkview Hospital. Two others, including a 2-year-old and 32-year-old Saraetta L. Schwartz, declined treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities reported that the Jeep, driven by 33-year-old Bradley J. Ocilka of Kentucky, struck the buggy from behind. Ocilka underwent a blood draw but refused further medical care. No charges have been filed, and the investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency crews from multiple counties responded, managing victims and wreckage.
