As grief spread, a viral clip of a chaotic beach confrontation was seized on by strangers, many insisting they could hear Nolan pleading and see him in blue swim trunks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But those who were actually there say the internet has it wrong. Friend Tracestin Shepherd tearfully admits the furious voice in the video is his, not Nolan\u2019s, backed by witnesses and family who watched him be dragged away to a boat as tempers flared. Another friend echoes him: those weren\u2019t Nolan\u2019s words.
