For 13 years, she lived in darkness, relying on her guide dog Ami to help her navigate the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then one ordinary night changed everything. At age 24, Lisa bent down to give Ami a goodnight kiss when she accidentally hit her head on a coffee table. She went to sleep thinking nothing of it \u2014 but the next morning, something unbelievable happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When Lisa opened her eyes, she could see again. Doctors were unable to fully explain the exact reason behind her recovery, with some describing it as something that felt almost miraculous. After more than a decade without sight, Lisa was suddenly able to see the faces she had missed for years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lisa\u2019s first moments of seeing her family again were unforgettable. She saw her younger brother, who had grown from a teenager into a man with a goatee, and her mother, who looked familiar but older.
