Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married last night at Madison Square Garden in New York City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is already being called the celebrity event of the decade took place last night when Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce said \u2018I do\u2019 to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The engagement was announced in August 2025 and the pair began dating in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ceremony was officiated by Adam Sandler \u2013 Kelce\u2019s co-star in Happy Gilmore 2 \u2013 in front of approximately 1000 guests. Both Swift and Kelce wore Christian Dior haute couture and Christian Louboutin shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The official White House social media account appeared to mock the announcement of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce\u2019s wedding by sharing an edited image of Madison Square Garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Instead of the purple \u201cJUST MARRIED\u201d signs that were displayed following the couple\u2019s nuptials, the image featured signs reading \u201cTRUMP IS YOUR PRESIDENT.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The post was captioned, \u201cIT\u2019S HAPPENED!!!\u201d President Donald Trump has previously been critical of Swift, who has endorsed Democratic candidates in the past. In 2024, Trump wrote: \u201cI HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The A-list turnout was extraordinary. Confirmed guests included Selena Gomez, Sabrina Carpenter, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, Zo\u00eb Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley, Suki Waterhouse and Robert Pattinson, Hugh Grant, Dakota Johnson, Jason Sudeikis, Jimmy Fallon, Camila Cabello, Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner, Maren Morris and Benson Boone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Travis\u2019s brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie were also there, as was Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, who had joked months earlier that he would attend if he didn\u2019t outgrow his tuxedo first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One notable name was missing from the guest list, however: Blake Lively, Swift\u2019s former close friend, who was not invited following their widely reported falling out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ryan Reynolds was also absent alongside Lively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guests, vendors and security were all subject to a strict no-phone policy throughout the evening, making leaks from inside the venue almost impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The couple also had a no-gifts policy. San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle confirmed they had been told \u201cabsolutely no gifts,\u201d though he admitted he planned to bring Travis an old coin anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In lieu of gifts, Swift and Kelce donated $26 million to a list of charities including City Harvest New York City, the Food Bank for NYC, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Feeding America, the ASPCA, Dolly Parton\u2019s Imagination Library and MSK Kids, the pediatric cancer program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MSG was transformed for the occasion with grass, canopies and fabric draped from the ceiling, giving the arena a garden party feel. A cocktail hour on the arena\u2019s sixth floor kicked off at 4:30 PM, followed by the ceremony and reception.
