He was rushed to the hospital, and doctors later said he had no heartbeat for more than 20 minutes before they were finally able to revive him, according to\u00a0CBS News.<\/p>\n<p>While doctors were fighting to save his life, Zack says he was experiencing something entirely different. During his\u00a0near-death experience, he claims he saw Jesus.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1967619\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWhen I was out those 20 minutes, I saw a man who had long ruffled hair and kind of a thick beard, and it didn\u2019t take me long to realize that that was Jesus,\u201d he said, according to CBS News.<\/p>\n<p>He also claims he received a message.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1967619\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cI went up to him and he put his hand on my shoulder and he told me everything would be alright and not to worry.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-says-he-knows-what-jesus-looks-like\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Says he knows what Jesus looks like<\/h2>\n<p>Zack\u2019s parents also believe their son\u2019s recovery was a miracle and the result of divine intervention.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1967619\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cFor him to wake up and tell us something he experienced like that. It\u2019s just you can\u2019t explain it. It\u2019s not humanly possible to explain it,\u201d Zack\u2019s dad, Billy Clements, said.<\/p>\n<p>His mother, Teresa Clements, added: \u201cI\u2019m just glad he decided to let me have my baby back.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1967619\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In an interview with\u00a0PEOPLE, Teresa shared more details about what Zack told her afterward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said that he saw a line of angels and in the middle was the prettiest one of all \u2013 Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Zack, the experience seems to be something he will never forget.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt made me feel like someone was watching over me and I was going to get through it.
