After months of hard work, he regained his pre-pregnancy physique, impressing fans with his discipline and perseverance. She and her husband, Esteban Landrau, also a trans-man decided that they would have their child through the conventional conception and birth methods. Esteban Landrau, who was born female, now identifies as a male. They\u2019ve been open about their journey, including the challenges and joys of their pregnancy.
